The Gentleman in the service department are outstanding. I noticed my inspection sticker was about to expire, stopped in they made me an appointment for a few days out. They got my pickup right in on appointment day, did the inspection and changed oil and rotation on the tires in just over an hour. Sales and Service has been an extremely excellent experience!! Great customer service! My son drove almost 3 hours to purchase his car from Kurt Johnson Auto Sales. They sent photos and a detailed video before the trip out, so we were completely comfortable with the purchase. The paperwork was completed ahead of time over the phone and was waiting for his signature, and the car turned out to be in such great shape with an additional feature that made him fall in love with the car even more. My 2016 Jeep Compass threw off its main serpentine belt late on a Saturday afternoon when most auto repair businesses were already closed. The Kurt Johnson service team diagnosed the problem and tested all related pulleys and systems on Monday, installed a new belt, and I was able to pick up my Jeep on Tuesday. Kurt’s worked with me with little to no credit and got me approved after having complications with the car after only having it for a few hours they put me into a rental car. It was a great experience purchasing a truck.. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable giving awesome customer service with no pressure.

My var blew a tire on Saturday and of course, all garages are closed over the weekend. I was able to get ahold of someone at Kurt's and they gave me the OK to have my car towed there so that the service center could work on it Monday. They were able to replace the blown tire with a used one and made my car street worthy again. Thank you guys so much for everything. You were a God-send.

This by far was the best customer service that I have received from a company. There were a number of maintenance items I needed completed on my vehicle. The got my vehicle in right away. Called me and explained what was going on. Had it completed timely, cleaned the windshield, and even put my seat back where I normally have it. What a fantastic experience.
